RENEWAL OF VOWS/ELOPEMENT PACKAGE

The picturesque setting in front of our 28’ stone fireplace is ideal for an elopement, small wedding, or renewing of your vows. An intimate wedding held between the hours of 1:00 and 3pm is available year-round (Friday’s and Saturdays are excluded during the months of May – October unless an additional night’s stay is booked). You may have up to 10 guests attend your special ceremony. Additional guests may be added at $12.00/ person up to 25 total attendees.  Our Walnut Suite will be reserved for the bride and groom for the honeymoon night.  

Optional outdoor waterside setting is available during the months of May –  October weather permitting.

OUTDOOR CEREMONY WITH CAKE & PUNCH RECEPTION

Walnut Waters Bed and Breakfast is available to host an outdoor ceremony and reception up to 75 people including the bride and groom. (May through October only). Pricing starts at 50 guests with an additional charge per guest up to 75.

Package includes:
Wedding Tent with optional open view sidewalls for reception
Wedding cake for fifty (50)
Champagne or sparkling cider toast for fifty (50)
Keepsake Champagne flutes for the bride and groom
Nuts, mints and your choice of punch/lemonade/sweet tea
Serving pieces, plates, glasses, tableware for fifty (50)
Fifty (50) white chairs for ceremony and tables, chairs and linens for reception.
Use of the outdoor estate for 5 hours (beginning 1 hour before ceremony)
Officiant (if needed)
Bar Service (beer & wine) available for an additional fee
In case of inclement weather, festivities will be moved to our newly renovated event hall.
This wedding package is priced at $3750 (plus tax)

Additional charge for greater than 50 guests at $12.00/guest. Maximum of 75 persons including the bridal party.

May elect to add a honeymoon suite or all three guest rooms for an additional charge includes breakfast the next morning.  Charges vary. Subject to availability.

INDOOR WEDDING CEREMONY WITH CAKE & PUNCH RECEPTION PACKAGE 

Walnut Waters newly renovated Event Hall is available for your wedding ceremony/reception for up to 100.  (Pricing starts at 50 guests with an additional charge per guest up to 100.)

2400 square ft. climate controlled Event Hall
Options 72-inch round tables or 6 or 8-foot banquet tables
Up to 5 hours of event time (Last hour of rental time for clean up)

ULTIMATE WEDDING PACKAGE

This package includes all of the complete wedding package plus:

Exclusive use of the estate and bed and breakfast for a two-day retreat. Includes all three guest rooms and common areas of the bed and breakfast for your rehearsal, wedding and reception guests according to your package.  Includes a full home-cooked breakfast for six (6) each morning.  Beginning at 4:00 p.m. on the first day and ending two mornings later at 11:00 a.m. (2 nights).
Separate Bride’s and Groom’s rooms for getting ready before the ceremony
Access to wedding coordinator from date of booking
Two on-site wedding coordinators on your wedding day
Our Ultimate Wedding Package is priced at $5950 (plus tax).

A two night stay is required for a wedding held on a holiday or holiday weekend such as New Year’s Eve or Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Valentine’s Day, Independence Day. Etc.
Outside licensed caterers are welcome. Some restrictions apply.

Wedding packages require a 30% deposit at the time of booking.  All wedding payments payable by check or money order only.
